Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technician located in Greensboro, NC or Buffalo, NY. The Architectural Technician will be responsible for tasks such as architectural technology, technical drawing, construction drawings, and computer-aided design (CAD) work. This role involves supporting project teams in the development of construction documents, design detailing, and coordination with consultants.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of architectural drafting/documentation experience

• Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory)

• Familiarity with Enscape is a plus

• Knowledge of construction detailing and building systems

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
