Where are we located?

We primarily operate out of our offices in Buffalo, NY and Greensboro, NC. However, we are licensed in 16 states and have completed projects across the country. For a full list look at “Our History” under the About tab.

What type of services do we provide?

We are an architecture, interior design, and civil engineering firm that specializes in a broad range of commercial projects. We do work in renovations, new builds, historic preservation, and adaptive reuse.

Do you handle both new construction and renovations??

Yes! We work on ground-up builds, renovations, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation projects.

How much does it cost to hire an architect or designer?

Project costs vary based on scope, size and complexity. We’re happy to provide estimates after an initial consultation.

Do you provide construction services?

Although we don’t offer construction services directly, we work closely with contractors and can recommend trusted partners.

What does civil engineering include?

We provide a wide variety of civil engineering projects including planning, entitlements, construction documents, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPP), and site-related inspections. We regularly represent our clients in front of municipal boards and prepare the necessary applications to obtain agency approvals for water, sanitary sewer, and New York State Department of transportation work permits.
