The Brookfield Country Club improvement initiative encompasses the renovation of approximately 24,000 square feet of the existing clubhouse. The scope includes full upgrades and reconfiguration of the men’s and women’s locker rooms, enhanced private lounge spaces, new golf simulator suites, a halfway house, and a dedicated fitness and exercise area.
A partial demolition of the rear portion of the building makes way for a 28,000 square foot expansion that introduces a new restaurant, banquet and event venue, commercial kitchen, cigar lounge, and a temperature-controlled wine room. the addition is designed to capitalize on uninterrupted 270-degree views overlooking the championship golf course, reinforcing the club’s commitment to elevated member experience.
Sitewide improvements further support member comfort and safety as they circulate between the pro shop, clubhouse, practice facilities, and the first and tenth tees. Additional work includes a new septic system, new outdoor gathering and social spaces, updated delivery and service access, and construction of a new pro shop and dedicated bag storage facility.
