Carmina Wood Design partnered with Broadway-Fillmore Neighborhood Housing Services. The project started in 2015, and faced a multitude of challenges, including the loss of its focal point to an overnight fire and the Covid-19 Pandemic. Despite these challenges, the passion and commitment of the owner, for this historic neighborhood and its diverse mix of residents, pushed this project to completion. The Cigar Factory is an investment in the future of its community and a symbol of what is to come.
