LAPC LOFTS

This project was brought about by the congregation of Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church trying to preserve its history and home, while reducing their financial burden. Adding loft units to this structure brought in revenue that allowed the church to maintain its structure as well as its community services.

Notable Features: 21 Market Rate Apartments | Incubator kitchen | Meeting rooms with several event spaces for weddings and receptions | Showcases re-purposed fireplaces and stained-glass windows | ADA accessible to the church where it was not previously accessible
