Designed as a dedicated arrival and gathering space, the Welcome Center provides a controlled guest experience while supporting privacy and security. The Collaboration Hall includes flexible event space, informal gathering areas, and a supporting kitchenette for meetings, presentations, trainings, and hosted events. The design reflects the material palette and aesthetic of the upper floors, maintaining a cohesive workplace environment.
