This new medical office complex was specifically designed to house The Brain & Spine Center of Western New York for Dr. Michael Landi, a noted brain surgeon who wanted to expand both his practice and scope of patient services. We worked closely with Dr. Landi, McGuire Development Company and R&P Oak Hill Development, who served as the project’s construction manager, from the very outset of conceptual design – which added to the successful completion of the project both ahead of schedule and under budget.
