Shea’s 710 Theatre

Renovation and expansion of Shea’s 710 Theatre Lobby. The project expanded the usable lobby space by 30% by capturing underutilized areas of the building and creating a new, two-story bar and cabaret space, thereby expanding programming options/ revenue generation for Shea’s and its partners. New fixtures/ finishes in the building’s restrooms and the introduction of new, ADA restrooms, the first in the theatre’s history. New exterior glazing, lighting, and digital signage were installed to reintroduce the theatre to the city. The project also includes a new roof across the entirety of the building. New mechanical services for the lobby.
