We have partnered with Bliss on their next mixed use venture. The Pointe is being developed at the corner of Main and transit in the Town of Amherst. The project consists of a large mixed-use multi-family building, town homes, and garage structures. The commercial space is designed to be flexible to accommodate anything from a business user to restaurant use. This project is currently in production.
